Our Story
Many sunrises ago, we discovered that the littlest ray of sunshine changes everything - frowns to smiles and night to day. We set out to bottle that sunshine to show the world that a little sunshine goes a long way.
We chased our dream sunrise after sunset; and in 1994, we combined science, sunshine and a touch of magic to create the world's first tee shirt that changes color with sunlight. 'Sun'sational! We had found the magic answer for spreading sunshine and good cheer for everyone under the sun!
We began selling our colorful tee shirts out of a small cart in a Utah mall, eventually spreading our concept throughout the United States. After expanding our product line and fun-under-the-sun experience, we took our products to spots where the sun is always shining, opening the first, full Del Sol store in St. Thomas in 1997.
Today, thanks to you, Del Sol is soaking up the sun and spreading the fun in more than 100 stores throughout the world.
