Del Sol Recognized at National Ernst & Young Event in Palm Springs
This coming weekend, Del Sol will be sharing the entrepreneurial spotlight with companies like Gymboree, Zappos.com and Zumiez at the National Ernst & Young Awards gala in Palm Springs, Calif., hosted by Jay Leno.
Del Sol's regional entrepreneur of the year trophy and customized flag have been touring around the world, visiting every single Del Sol store. Thus far, it's visited 12 stores and will be at the Palm Springs store this week in honor of the national awards and in honor of store owners, Tom and Jeanne Martin.
Past winners of the national and international entrepreneur of the year awards include such companies as: Jeff Bezos (Amazon.com), Ingvar Kamrad (IKEA), Pierre Omidyar (eBay, Inc.), Sergey Brin and Larry Page (Google, Inc.), and Howard Schultz (Starbucks Corp.).
