Pedersen Worldwide Kicks-off its 2008 Year in Show-stopping Style!
Executive leadership ushered in the new year's goals, strategies and rewards with the entire Pedersen Worldwide team during an all-day event at the nearby Jordan Commons Movie Theatres. Keeping every employee up to speed and aware of the major company initiatives is crucial to our overall company success and growth. Each person contributes greatly to accomplishing our company goals,
said company President and CEO, Jeff Pedersen. All too often I find that employees from other companies don't understand or even know their company's goals, and it's imperative to our success that we are working together to accomplish the same goals, crossing the finish line as one united team.
At Pedersen Worldwide, every single employee knows the company’s top three goals, and they know the top three rewards for accomplishing these goals; e.g., sales, costs and customer satisfaction. Goal and reward reminders are displayed throughout the building in the form of mouse pads, posters, sales meters, weekly newsletters, and weekly company intercom announcements. At the end of the day and the year, everyone knows what's going on so there's no surprises come bonus time or reward time. That's something that everyone can rally around.
