Del Sol Interns, Managers and Employees Get Fun-in-the-Sun Training at PWU!
Founded in 2001, Pedersen Worldwide University (PWU), formerly Del Sol University, combines a series of hands-on training courses and business-related classes that push students to the highest level of performance. Internal and external instruction is provided on sales, marketing, operations, product development, production and accounting. Upon graduation, students are sent to various store locations to use their new knowledge to work with store team members, making a quantifiable difference in their location.

Recruitment
Visiting and recruiting at career fairs in universities all over the Western United States, including BYU, University of Utah, Utah State University, Utah Valley State College, Southern Utah University, Westminster, etc. Our Internship Department is always looking for top talent.
Sessions
Three times per year. PWU sessions typically run for four business days, eight hours per day.
Internship Duration
Most commonly, four to six months.
Ongoing Recruitment
Thirty percent of the existing employee base at Del Sol Headquarters comes from past interns. We continue to recruit from our PWU graduates to fill corporate positions.
Unique Curriculum
Off-site training combined with practical, hands-on training, including Six-Thinking Hats, which gives students new approaches to business operation.
