Del Sol sends cruise port lecturer, JENNIFER ZAWADZKI, on a trip to EGYPT
Port lecturers promote Del Sol and its sister brands, Cariloha and Sol Kids, aboard major cruise lines; like, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Disney, Celebrity and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Overboard Reward is an incentive program designed to reward all port lecturers for sales increases in Del Sol cruise destinations. Port lecturers earn points for reaching a pre-specified sales target in each port. Never before has a wider variety of amazing and exciting reward prizes been offered to port lectures in the cruise industry. Not only are there new and amazing prizes, but port lecturers will also be able to choose exactly which prize they want to receive for the points they earn.
