Del Sol is pleased to offer its Executive Management Service to Del Sol store owners. With this service, and at the store owner's request, Del Sol places pre-trained, highly motivated management within your store. As part of this service, we take the responsibility of recruiting, interviewing and preparing your management for retail success.

The Executive Management Service has been successfully implemented in several Del Sol locations. The result has been both an increase in sales and the alleviation of a major burden placed on store ownership to find trustworthy and accountable management. Our proprietary, intense training program prepares your management for the specific, day-to-day tasks associated with running a Del Sol store. Their training at Pedersen Worldwide University includes inventory management, merchandising, sales techniques, marketing and other important retail functions. Under your direction, our executive interns help carry-out your vision as a Del Sol owner.

In addition to our Executive Management Service, Del Sol has implemented an internship program. Our internship program, founded in 2000, is offered company-wide to qualifying stores. Del Sol interns are recruited, interviewed and trained by us. Their goals are to learn the retail industry while helping you grow your business!
